THE COLLECTIVE
Some come for an evening.
Some stay a little longer.
Some become Complices.
There is no single way to be part of WAFF Collective.
Come to something. Take part. Lend a hand. Bring an idea. Keep showing up.

There are many ways in
COME TO SOMETHING
See a play. Join a gathering. Visit an exhibition. Sit around a table.
You don’t need to know anyone, speak perfect French or arrive with a particular reason.
TAKE PART
Train. Read aloud. Join a workshop. Bring a story. Make something.
Some experiences ask you to watch. Others only really exist once people step in.
BE PART OF THE MAKING
Theatre, exhibitions and gatherings need more than performers.
Welcome people. Help install a room. Run lines with an actor. Cook, make, carry, photograph, organise, share an idea.
BECOME A COMPLICE
Some connections last beyond a single event. Complices are the people who choose to stay close and become part of the life around the work.
You don’t have to know where you fit before you arrive.
Some stay a little longer
A Complice is not a title. It’s a way of being around.
Complices are the people who come back, lend a hand, share an idea, bring someone with them, help a project take shape or simply become familiar faces in the room.
There is no fixed role and no particular skill required. Some help once in a while. Others become involved in a project, an event or a season.
What matters is the desire to be part of what is being made.
Help keep things moving
Not everyone wants to perform, organise or take part behind the scenes. Some people simply want to make the work possible.
WAFF Collective is a not-for-profit organisation. Support makes performances, gatherings, exhibitions and programs possible, helps keep events accessible, and gives new ideas room to grow.
