We’ll guide newcomers and give regular players plenty of room to enjoy the game, with time to chat, share some food and settle into the evening.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

  • Absolutely. We’ll introduce you to other players and help you find a table.

  • You’re welcome here. Each edition includes beginner places with guidance from experienced players. Choose the beginner option when booking.

  • Come and enjoy a few good rounds. Bring a playing partner or meet one on the night. If you’d enjoy helping someone learn, let us know when you book.

  • No. We welcome French and English speakers, and you don’t need French to take part.

  • Is it a tournament?

    We’re planning a friendly competition, with short rounds and a change of opponents between games. You’ll keep the same partner throughout the evening, and we’ll explain how everything works before play begins.

    The overall winning pair will receive a deck of cards created by artist Tankateo. The emphasis stays on sharing the game, meeting people and enjoying the evening together.
